1/2lb char-grilled beef patty, creamy peanut butter, applewood smoked bacon, smoked gouda cheese, and a homemade bacon jam.

Entree: Beef Sirloin with Bourbon Cream

8 oz baseball cut USDA Prime beef sirloin with a garlic peppercorn rub, bourbon cream sauce, served with chef vegetable and choice of dinner side. Comes with choice of soup or salad.
